Terms of Use & End-User License Agreement

These terms, including the end-user license agreement below, apply to hillcrest-hardware.com and the Hillcrest Hardware trade account portal ("the portal"), which is operated by Urban Hardware Co, LLC dba Hillcrest Hardware. By using them you agree to these terms.

License

• We grant approved trade customers a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the portal to view their account, place orders and pay invoices with Hillcrest Hardware.
• You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or interfere with the portal, use it to access anyone else's account, or use automated tools to scrape it.
• The portal connects to our QuickBooks Online account through Intuit's services. It shows only your own account information, and it doesn't connect to or access your own accounting software.
• We may update, suspend or discontinue the portal at any time. This license ends when your trade account or portal access ends.

Trade accounts

• The portal is for approved trade customers. We approve accounts at our discretion and may suspend access at any time.
• You're responsible for activity under your login email. Sign-in links are single use; don't forward them.
• Pricing shown in the portal is confidential trade pricing for your business only.

Orders

• An order submitted through the portal is a request. It becomes binding when we confirm it by email.
• Prices exclude freight unless stated. Freight is added to the invoice when the order ships.
• Our standard terms of sale apply: no minimums, continental U.S. freight, a 15% restocking fee on approved returns, and a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.

Invoices and payment

Invoices are due on the terms shown on each invoice. Online payments are processed by Intuit QuickBooks Payments under Intuit's terms. Processing fees may apply as shown on the payment page.

Website content

Product names, photos and content on this site belong to Hillcrest Hardware. Product images are representative; finishes may vary slightly.

Limits

The site and portal are provided as is. We work to keep account information accurate and current, but our accounting records control if there's a difference. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
